At Aurélien, we strive for complete satisfaction with every purchase; if your selection is not quite right, you may return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with all luxury packaging and tags intact.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items back into their original Aurélien boxes and secure them inside a protective shipping carton to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package, removing any old labels.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your parcel at the nearest authorized courier location and keep your receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
